Why Dallas Homeowners Pick Us

Landscape Design, Done Right.

Designed for North Texas

Plants chosen for our soil, sun, and water rules. No imported plant palettes that fail in Texas heat.

Native Plant Expertise

Deep familiarity with Texas natives, pollinator gardens, and water-wise design. Lower long-term cost, higher resilience.

Designed for How You Live

Front yard or back, entertaining space or low-maintenance retreat — the design starts with how you actually use your yard.

Landscape Design in Dallas

Sod installation and landscape projects across Dallas, from the mature pecan canopies of Lakewood and Lakewood Heights to the new builds in Far North Dallas. Family-owned, fifteen years on the ground here. Reach us by text, phone, email, or the website form.

Mature trees, real shade.

Lakewood, Old East Dallas, parts of Preston Hollow: these are tree-canopy neighborhoods where Bermuda doesn't survive. We know which Zoysia and St. Augustine cultivars actually take in deep shade and we won't oversell you on grass that won't make it.

Established HOAs and tight historic districts.

Lakewood Heights, Munger Place, certain blocks of Lake Highlands: there are real preservation rules. Homeowners here want landscapers who already know them, and we work them week in and week out.

We don't disappear after the install.

Family-owned, Carrollton-based, fifteen years. In-house Loera crews — if something doesn't take, our staff comes back to fix it.

Questions Dallas Homeowners Ask

Landscape Design FAQ.

How long does a landscape design project take?

Concept to install is typically 3-6 weeks: one week for design, two weeks for review and refinement, one to three weeks for install depending on scope.

Do you do design-only?

Yes. We can deliver a written design package (layouts, plant list, care notes) you take to your own crew, or we design and install as one coordinated project.

Can you design a low-water garden?

Yes. Texas-native and Mediterranean-adapted palettes thrive on twice-a-week watering. Yarrow, salvia, lantana, agave, ornamental grasses, and rosemary are regulars in our designs.

What about edible / kitchen gardens?

Yes. Raised beds, herb spirals, integrated edible-ornamental designs. Tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and pollinators in the same bed.

Do you serve all of Dallas?

Most of the city — Lakewood, Preston Hollow, Lake Highlands, Far North Dallas, Oak Cliff, Bishop Arts, and the residential districts. If your zip starts with 752 and you're a single-family home, we likely cover you. Call to confirm.

What grass works best in Dallas?

St. Augustine is the answer for deep shade under mature pecans and live oaks (Lakewood, parts of Preston Hollow). Palisades Zoysia handles partial shade. Bermuda only in full-sun yards. We're honest about what'll survive in your specific spot.

What are the watering rules in Dallas?

Dallas runs Stage 1 most years — twice-a-week watering on assigned days based on address. New sod has a 30-day variance.

From Cleared Lot to Finished Front Yard

This front yard was a construction site: felled trees, cut stumps, broken concrete, and bare dirt across the whole lot. We cleared and hauled all of it, then rebuilt the yard as one piece with fresh sod, a paver walkway to the porch, mulched beds along the drive, and new shrubs at the foundation.
