Why Carrollton Homeowners Pick Us

Landscape Design, Done Right.

Designed for North Texas

Plants chosen for our soil, sun, and water rules. No imported plant palettes that fail in Texas heat.

Native Plant Expertise

Deep familiarity with Texas natives, pollinator gardens, and water-wise design. Lower long-term cost, higher resilience.

Designed for How You Live

Front yard or back, entertaining space or low-maintenance retreat — the design starts with how you actually use your yard.

Landscape Design in Carrollton

We're based here. We've been doing it here since 2010. Family-owned, no franchises. Reach us by text, phone, email, or the website form.

Crews live here.

We're Carrollton-based. We know which streets are getting torn up by Atmos, which neighborhoods have the strict HOAs, where the city tree-debris pickups land. We're neighbors.

We know the soil.

Carrollton's mostly Houston Black clay — heavy, expansive, brutal on grass roots if it's not prepped right. We grade with that in mind. Generic out-of-town crews don't.

In-house crews.

A yard that holds up through Texas summers. Family-owned, 15+ years working DFW lawns, and we stand behind every install.

Questions Carrollton Homeowners Ask

Landscape Design FAQ.

How long does a landscape design project take?

Concept to install is typically 3-6 weeks: one week for design, two weeks for review and refinement, one to three weeks for install depending on scope.

Do you do design-only?

Yes. We can deliver a written design package (layouts, plant list, care notes) you take to your own crew, or we design and install as one coordinated project.

Can you design a low-water garden?

Yes. Texas-native and Mediterranean-adapted palettes thrive on twice-a-week watering. Yarrow, salvia, lantana, agave, ornamental grasses, and rosemary are regulars in our designs.

What about edible / kitchen gardens?

Yes. Raised beds, herb spirals, integrated edible-ornamental designs. Tomatoes, peppers, herbs, and pollinators in the same bed.

Do you serve all of Carrollton?

Yep. From Trinity Mills and Old Downtown out to Indian Creek, Castle Hills, Hebron, the Furneaux area, and the south side. If you're inside Carrollton city limits — even the slivers in Denton or Collin County — we cover you.

What grass works best in Carrollton?

Bermuda is the workhorse here — handles full sun, heavy clay, and our 100-degree summers. Palisades Zoysia is a great upgrade if you want a softer, slightly shade-tolerant lawn. St. Augustine works in heavy shade like under live oaks. We'll walk your property and pick the right grass for your spot.

What are the watering rules in Carrollton?

Carrollton runs Stage 1 most years — twice-a-week watering on assigned days. New sod has a temporary variance for the first 30 days. We register your install with the city if needed and leave you with a watering schedule that fits your address's days.

From Cleared Lot to Finished Front Yard

This front yard was a construction site: felled trees, cut stumps, broken concrete, and bare dirt across the whole lot. We cleared and hauled all of it, then rebuilt the yard as one piece with fresh sod, a paver walkway to the porch, mulched beds along the drive, and new shrubs at the foundation.
